What is Hot Yoga?

Hot Yoga is a physically demanding workout that was created by Bikram Choudhury. It consists of 26 poses and two breathing exercises done in a hot (around 42C) room to bring maximum detoxification and also relaxation to your body, nervous system and mind.

The classes normally last 90 minutes and the instructor will talk you though what each pose is for with a demonstration of each one to follow.
